One to One counselling is a confidential talking and listening process that helps you explore your problems and feelings in a safe space.
On our one to one visits we will aim to:
- Give you a safe time and place to talk in a non judgemental environment.
- Support you in making sense of things and understand yourself better.
- Expand your awareness around complicated feelings and possible gain a new perspective to them.
- Assist you recognise unhelpful patterns in the way you think or act, and find ways to change them should you chose too.
