One to One counselling is a confidential talking and listening process that helps you explore your problems and feelings in a safe space.

On our one to one visits we will aim to:

  • Give you a safe time and place to talk in a non judgemental environment.
  • Support you in making sense of things and understand yourself better.
  • Expand your awareness around complicated feelings and possible gain a new perspective to them.
  • Assist you recognise unhelpful patterns in the way you think or act, and find ways to change them should you chose too.
